Fun stories include: today I was emailing a prospective employer and the first paragraph was your classic small talk, and he had mentioned that his family had visited New Orleans recently so I was thinking about mentioning my own travels to NOLA so ofc i put [NOLA???] and for sure left that in when I sent it to him

but i mean it could’ve been way worse ex. [work in a way to talk about NOLA] [talk about NOLA you idiot] [this job pays well put some more effort into your small talk] etc.

also if anyone wants to advise me on whether to spend my first paycheck from my new (different, much more low-key) job on a scarf with foxes on it or tights with an illustration from le petit prince on them, go for it, buying clothes always makes me worried, im very open to suggestions
